The Doubletree By Hilton offers a comfortable and clean environment. I found their business center to be extremely useful for my work needs. Additionally, the staff was responsive and helped facilitate my meetings efficiently.

Some amenities could use improvement.

The room was generally clean, but the shower was a disaster. It had mold and even a hole in the ceiling. Seriously disgusting. Plus, I wasn't thrilled about the lack of any Diamond perks despite being a loyal member. Just disappointing all around.

The stay was a mixed bag. The location was convenient for visiting nearby attractions, and the restaurant offered good food. However, the bathroom was cramped and needed some work, which detracted from my overall experience. Megan, the bartender, was a standout, providing attentive service and great recommendations.

The king room with a sofa bed was spacious and reasonably comfortable. The check-in process was smooth, and the staff greeted us politely upon our arrival.

First off, the restaurant is beautiful and the food was honestly fantastic, the omelet station in the breakfast buffet was impressive not something you see at every hotel. Also, I appreciated the attention from the staff, they were friendly and really made us feel welcome.

It wasn’t exactly cheap but you get what you pay for, I guess.

But if the room was any more outdated, it might just qualify for a museum exhibit! Not to mention, the AC sounded like it was auditioning for a horror film.

We enjoyed the convenient location near family-friendly attractions and found the on-site restaurant perfect for our large group. The breakfast buffet offered a great variety, which kept everyone happy, especially the kids who loved the pancakes!

In my wife’s opinion, the pool could have been warmer. It would be great if they heated the indoor pool more to keep the kids entertained.
